Tower East Photography Policy

Also known as the historic Sacred Heart Hospital building.

Customers of our tenants are welcome to take personal photographs of themselves and their friends and relatives while visiting the tenant, whether inside the tenant’s space or in an adjacent public space, such as the sidewalk or outdoor seating.

Tourists are encouraged to take personal photographs of themselves, their friends, and their relatives in the public spaces of the building if they do not disturb our tenants or their guests. Due to the nature of the building being a blend of public and private spaces, tourists are not allowed beyond the public halls. Entering the private spaces of the building is trespassing.

Personal photographs are described as spontaneous in nature and requiring no set up or special arrangements.

Photography being taken for commercial purposes, whether by an individual entrepreneur, professional photographer, or other professional, must receive permission in writing in advance from Tower East Group. Appropriate insurance must be provided to Tower East Group along with any fees paid as mutually agreed upon by Tower East Group and the commercial entity. Any unauthorized commercial activity is prohibited and considered trespassing.
